Job Summary:

We are seeking a Passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building modern web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web applications.

Key Responsibilities:·

Frontend Development:

o Design and implement user interfaces using React.

o Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance user experience.

o Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

o Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.·

Backend Development:

Design and implement server-side logic and APIs with Node.js and Express.js.

o Build RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend applications.

o Work with MongoDB for efficient storage, retrieval, and manipulation of data.

o Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) to design and manage data models.

o Implement security measures to protect sensitive data.·

Collaboration:

o Work with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

o Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.

o Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.·

Problem Solving:

o Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.

o Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.·

Experience:

o Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development.

o Proficient in -

§ React.js: State management (Redux or Context API), hooks, and component-based architecture.

§ Node.js and Express.js: Building RESTful APIs and middleware.

§ MongoDB: Schema design, aggregation, and indexing.·

Skills:

o Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

o Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

o Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.

o Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.·

Soft Skills:

o Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

o Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Relevant Experience Required- 03-05 years

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
