About Risk and Quant (RQS)
Risk and Quant is one of the fastest growing practices at Evalueserve. As an RQS team member, you will address some of the world’s largest financial needs with technology proven solutions. You would solve these banking challenges and improve decision making with award winning solutions.
What you will be doing at Evalueserve:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Java Developer to design, develop, and optimize our data infrastructure and pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java development on Cloud environments.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure Java applications
- Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and create views for relational databases
- Implement distributed processing solutions using multi-threading and multi-processing orchestration
- Develop cloud-based applications
- Analyze data and perform data transformations using different tools
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience as a Java Developer with Kubernetes
- Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, and Data flow orchestration
- Expertise in Spring Boot, containers, and distributed computing
- Experience with cloud-based development using Azure Spring Apps, and Azure Monitor
- Experience in OpenShift is desirable
- Experience with Databricks is a plus
