Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with hands-on Salesforce CRM experience to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications, while integrating and working closely with Salesforce CRM solutions. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of both Java development best practices and Salesforce architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable Java applications, APIs, and backend services.
• Integrate Salesforce CRM with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with Salesforce admins and developers to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across systems.
• Participate in technical design sessions and document technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Java applications and Salesforce integrations.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization.
• Support deployment and release processes across environments (e.g., DEV, UAT, PROD).

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Java development (Java 8+).
• Hands-on experience integrating Java applications with Salesforce CRM.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with Spring/Spring Boot frameworks.
• Proficiency in writing RESTful web services.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, Apex, SOQL, and Lightning components.
• Experience with integration tools like MuleSoft, Jitterbit, or similar is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator).
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS is a plus.
