Java Developer Lead

We are looking for a Java Developer Lead for a Java-based OSS using non-GUI application development, who will be responsible for the delivery of the product and leading the team. The position is based out of Noida.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 5+ people for versatile development (frontend, backend & database).
• Leading technical & status meetings.
• Resolving technical queries of team.
• High Level & Low-Level design review.
• System level bug analysis and fixing.

Mandatory skills:

• Proficiency in Java and Linux.
• Backend developer building applications in a Java / J2EE environment
• Use of the Database Postgres, SQL etc.
• Knowledge of networking, especially OSS (operation support system)
• Well versed in the following – Netconf, REST API, SOAP API
• Web based application and deployment with commercial web sites or custom product UIs., enterprise applications development.
• Creation of High Level & Low-Level design documents.
• Leading a team of 5+ members.
• Familiarity with both Waterfall & Agile SDLC.

Desirable skills:

• Submarine Network
• Linux Internals.

Educational Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech, MCA, MSc – IT
