Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and integrate banking solutions such as Core Banking Systems, Loan Management Systems (LMS), Loan Origination Systems (LOS), and Agency Banking platforms.
  

• Work closely with business analysts and financial institutions to understand banking workflows and translate them into technical solutions.
  

• Enhance existing banking applications by building new features, improving system performance, and ensuring security compliance.
  

• Develop APIs and integrations with third-party financial services, including payment gateways, credit bureaus, KYC/AML platforms, and regulatory systems.
  

• Optimize database structures and write efficient queries for large-scale financial transactions.
  

• Ensure compliance with banking security standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and data protection regulations.
  

• Work with DevOps teams to deploy and maintain banking applications in cloud or on-premise environments.
  

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support to ensure system reliability and compliance.
  
  

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java development with a focus on banking or fintech solutions.
  

• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and Microservices architecture.
  

• Experience in customizing and integrating banking software
  

• Expertise in RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and system integration with third-party financial platforms.
  

• Strong database skills in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle DB, including stored procedures and performance tuning.
  

• Experience with Message Queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and event-driven architectures.
  

• Knowledge of OAuth, Open Banking APIs, ISO 20022, and SWIFT message formats is a plus.
  

• Understanding of DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git).
  

• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
