Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with expertise in Java Struts to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications using the Java Struts framework. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance Java applications using the Java Struts framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse requirements, design solutions, and deliver features.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in existing applications.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Optimize application performance and ensure secure coding practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java development and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (X+ years) in Java development with a focus on Java Struts (Struts 1.x or 2.x).
• Strong knowledge of J2EE concepts and components such as Servlets, JSP, and EJB.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Hands-on experience with application servers like Apache Tomcat, JBoss, or WebLogic.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
• Experience with tools like Maven, Jenkins, and Docker.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹12,000,000.00 per year
