Job Title: Java Developer (Night Shift)

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications using Java technologies. This is a night shift role, supporting our international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient backend solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
- Ensure security, data protection, and performance optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Java development.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs and Web Services.
- Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in financial or banking applications is a plus.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js is an added advantage.
