We are looking for Software/ Senior Software Engineers with 4 to 8 years of experience to be based at our Mangalore office in India and be part of our growth story.

Role and responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java and related technologies, adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while ensuring alignment with project requirements and quality standards.
• Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure code quality, performance, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Actively participate in Agile processes, including SCRUM or Kanban ceremonies, to ensure project alignment and delivery.
• Work closely with team members and stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication.
• Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for project outcomes, driving tasks to successful completion.
• Support deployment activities across various environments and integrate CI/CD pipelines into workflows.

Required Skillsets for this role:

• Proficiency in Java (including Java 17) and its associated frameworks and tools such as Maven and Spring.
• Expertise in Java toolbox for i, SQL, DB2 and experience with database management and optimization.
• Front-end development experience with technologies like Swing, JavaFX, JavaScript, and Vaadin.
• Proficient in version control tools like Git and development environments such as IntelliJ IDEA.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and deployment in various environments.
