Java Developer - E-Trading Platform

Overall Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance E-Trading applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Work on projects related to algo trading, e-trading, and low-latency solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement high-performance solutions.
• Contribute to Radar 9 migration, vulnerability mitigation, and MQ upgrades.
• Optimize trading system performance and troubleshoot critical production issues.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications by implementing best coding practices.
  
  

Software Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Core Java development.
• Deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and low-latency programming.
• Experience with messaging systems such as MQ and Kafka.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and high-throughput applications.
• Proficiency with code optimization, debugging, and profiling tools.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with global teams.
  
  

Category-wise Technical Skills:

• Core Java: hands-on experience.
• Multithreading & Concurrency: Strong understanding and practical experience.
• Low-Latency Programming: Demonstrable experience in developing low-latency trading systems.
• Messaging Systems: Experience with MQ, Kafka, and similar technologies.
• Performance Tuning: Familiarity with optimizing and tuning high-performance applications.
• Code Optimization & Debugging: Proficient in using tools for code optimization, debugging, and profiling.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments.
• E-Trading & Algo Trading: Experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Radar 9 Migration & Vulnerability Remediation: Knowledge is a plus.
• Cloud Platforms & Microservices: Familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications:
