Java Backend Developer (Scrum) | 3+ Years

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with Scrum experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, experience working in Agile environments, and a passion for building scalable and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Work in an Agile Scrum environment and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend and third-party services.
• Optimize and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers.
• Implement best coding practices, conduct code reviews, and write unit and integration tests.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth system operation.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ (preferred).
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Unit Testing (JUnit, Mockito).
• Knowledge of security best practices in backend development.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
