Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Java Back-end Engineer to join our team in Bangalore on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Kafka, and Microservices architecture. This role requires working in a hybrid setup, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable and efficient back-end systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance high-performance Java-based backend services.
• Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
• Work with Kafka to handle event-driven data streaming.
• Optimize backend performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and other teams to integrate solutions.
• Implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with external services.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in production environments.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11+, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
• Experience working with Kafka for real-time data processing.
• Proficiency in Microservices Architecture and building distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Job Details:

• Type: Contract-to-Hire (Initially a contract, with potential for permanent hire)

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
