We are looking for professionals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a solid background in Java or any formal programming language. Our primary need is for Java developers who can understand complex problems, analyze requirements, and design effective solutions.

Must-Have Skills

Backend Development:

Strong proficiency in Java

Exposure to J2EE architecture (JSP, Servlets) is a plus

Data Persistence

Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL

Code Quality & Performance

Ability to write production-ready, efficient, and maintainable code

Strong understanding of design principles and memory constraints

Soft Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work in collaborative and agile environments

Good-to-Have Skills

Code Quality: Unit testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG)

Authentication & Identity Management: Experience with SAML, OAuth

Containers & Web Servers: Apache Tomcat, Nginx

Caching: Hazelcast or similar caching technologies

Tooling: Experience with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation

Software Design & Architecture

Exposure to design patterns and best practices

Experience working on large codebases
