Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Workflow Specialist with a strong background in automation workflow and comprehensive knowledge in IT systems. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in automating processes, improving operational efficiency, and optimizing workflow systems within IT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain automated IT workflows to streamline processes.
- Analyze current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of workflow automation tools.
- Monitor and troubleshoot workflow automation issues, ensuring high system reliability.
- Document and maintain workflow processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on workflow automation systems and tools.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT workflow automation or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and processes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
