Overview

Job Title: IT Trainer (Web Development, Full Stack, Programming Languages)

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and passionate IT Trainer with expertise in Web Development, Full Stack Development, and various programming languages. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies and be skilled at teaching complex concepts in a simple, engaging way. This is a full-time position based in Vasai West, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and Train Students: Deliver hands-on training in Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.), Full Stack (MERN, MEAN, or similar), and key programming languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.) to ensure students gain practical and theoretical knowledge.
• Develop Training Materials: Create comprehensive lesson plans, coding exercises, and project-based assessments tailored to students with various skill levels.
• Hands-On Project Guidance: Guide students in building real-world projects, ensuring they can apply their learning to develop complete applications.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, the latest programming frameworks, and development tools to deliver cutting-edge training.
• Evaluate Student Progress: Assess student performance through coding tests, project reviews, and exams, offering constructive feedback for improvement.
• Curriculum Development: Collaborate in designing and updating course curriculum to reflect current industry demands and technological advancements.
• Flexibility: Work as a Developer and apply your technical expertise in Full Stack Development and Programming Languages to projects as required by organization.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Experience: 0-2 years of experience as an IT Trainer or Developer specializing in Web Development and Full Stack Development.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django, or similar), and popular programming languages (Python, Java, etc.).
• Full Stack Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of full-stack development, databases (SQL, NoSQL), version control (Git), and deployment processes.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to break down complex technical topics into simple, digestible lessons.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
• Education: BSc.IT, BSc.CS or any related field
• Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Experience:

• IT Training or Development: 1-2 years (Preferred)
• Full Stack Development: 1 year (Preferred)
