IT Trainer

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Trainer to join our training institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel), Power BI, Typing, and other related IT skills on a daily basis. The trainer should have a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage learners effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions on MS Office, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Typing.
• Deliver both theoretical and practical knowledge to students.
• Design and develop training materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Provide individual support to students to enhance their learning experience.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and incorporate them into the training curriculum.
• Maintain attendance records and progress reports for trainees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT training or teaching.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel), Power BI, and Typing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Experience in conducting online and offline training sessions is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Microsoft Office, Power BI, or any relevant IT certifications.
• Prior experience in Corporate Training or Educational Institutes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
