Position Overview: ALIMS Business School is seeking a highly skilled and passionate IT Trainer to equip students with essential technical skills and industry-relevant knowledge. The ideal candidate will conduct engaging training sessions, develop curriculum content, and guide students in mastering various IT tools, software, and technologies essential for business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Curriculum Development
- Design and deliver IT-related courses, including MS Office, Data Analytics, Programming, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, and AI/ML basics.
- Develop engaging learning materials, hands-on projects, and real-world case studies.
- Conduct workshops and certification training programs for students.
Student Mentorship & Practical Learning
- Guide students in live projects, coding exercises, and IT simulations.
- Provide hands-on training in business-relevant software and emerging technologies.
- Help students prepare for industry certifications and IT career pathways.
Industry Collaboration & Technological Upgradation
- Stay updated with latest IT trends, industry advancements, and technological innovations.
- Collaborate with industry professionals to enhance curriculum relevance and practical exposure.
- Assist in IT-related institutional projects and digital transformation initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Skills:
· Expertise in software development, database management, and networking.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, C++, SQL, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and AI-based tools.
- Ability to explain complex IT concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
