IT Trainer

Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Frontend & Backend Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development and must be capable of training students/professionals in industry-relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on frontend and backend technologies.

Develop course content, exercises, and real-world projects for hands-on learning.

Guide students on best coding practices and industry standards.

Assess and evaluate trainees' progress and provide necessary feedback.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in software development.

Required Skills:

Frontend Technologies:

✔ HTML, CSS, JavaScript

✔ React.js / Angular

✔ Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS

✔ UI/UX Best Practices

Backend Technologies:

✔ Node.js / Python / Java / PHP

✔ Express.js / Django / Spring Boot

✔ Database Management (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)

✔ RESTful API Development

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Trainer/Instructor is a plus.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to explain complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner.

Experience in live project training and mentorship.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
