IT Technician (Male)

Overview

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated and experiences IT Technician to join our dynamic team.

• Provide timely and efficient support to users experiencing technical issues with hardware, software, or network systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with workstations, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the management and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure regular backups of critical data and assist with data recovery when needed.
• Assist in maintaining the security of systems, including applying security patches, updating antivirus software, and monitoring for potential vulnerabilities.
• Maintain clear and detailed records of IT issues, resolutions, inventory, and system configurations.
• Install and update software applications as required by the organization.
• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and IT hardware.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Education: Diploma / B.SC in Computer Science

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Salary: Negotiable based on the experience
