Overview
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Set up and manage CCTV, access control, and other security systems.
- Install and maintain networking infrastructure, including routers, switches, and cabling.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
- Assist in setting up user accounts, emails, and permissions.
- Provide technical support to staff and clients, both on-site and remotely.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and maintenance records.
- Ensure IT security by implementing best practices for data protection and access control.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for repairs and upgrades.
