IT Technician

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise to ensure smooth IT operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computers, servers, and peripherals
• Perform regular system updates, security patches, and backups
• Set up and manage user accounts, emails, and IT permissions
• Ensure network security, troubleshooting connectivity issues
• Provide technical support and training to employees
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in IT support or technical roles
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), hardware, and networking
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and data protection
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues efficiently
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
