IT Technician

Overview

Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in hardware, software, networking, and web development, ensuring efficient IT operations across the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain local area networks (LAN), wireless networks, and related infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain internal websites and web applications (Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Provide technical support to employees, both on-site and remotely.
• Manage backups, software updates, and data integrity.
• Maintain inventory and handle the configuration of office equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT support, networking, and software installation.
• Proficiency in Java, web design, and development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with networking protocols and LAN management.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and cloud services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
