Overview

1. Education & Certifications

Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft (MCSA, MCSE), Cisco (CCNA), or ITIL can be a plus.

2. Technical Skills

Hardware: Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Software: Installing and configuring OS (Windows, Linux, macOS), office applications, and antivirus.

Networking: Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and firewall management.

Server Management: Experience with Active Directory, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud services (Azure, AWS) is beneficial.

Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and fix hardware/software issues efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

mangalam, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

CSS: 1 year (Preferred)
total work: 1 year (Preferred)
Design: 1 year (Preferred)
