Job Overview
We are seeking a Technical Support professional to join our team in providing assistance and resolving technical issues for our clients. The role involves troubleshooting software and ensuring smooth IT operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
- Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
- Managing multiple cases at one time.
- Testing and evaluating new technologies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in software troubleshooting and technical support
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office applications
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
