Overview
Provide hardware/software support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Troubleshoot networking issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls). Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint security solutions. Ensure IT policies comply with ISO 27001 and security best practices. Work with vendors for IT procurement and contract management. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-5 years of IT support experience. Expertise in Windows, macOS, and Linux troubleshooting. Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs). Experience with firewalls, switches, and IT security measures. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
