IT & Technical Support Engineer

Overview

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled IT & Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in computer hardware, network support, Tally technical support, Office 365 technical support, network servers, and cloud servers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Computer Hardware & Network Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
• Tally Technical Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Tally software, provide remote and onsite support, and manage Tally data backups.
• Office 365 Technical Support: Manage Office 365 setup, email configurations, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Network & Server Management: Install and maintain network infrastructure, manage firewalls, and troubleshoot network-related issues.
• Cloud Server Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud servers and ensure data security and backups.
• Provide timely resolutions to customer issues via remote support or onsite visits.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and server management.
• Experience in Tally, Office 365, and cloud-based services.
• Good understanding of LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall configurations.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, Microsoft, Tally, or Cloud certifications) are a plus.
• Experience in IT support or system administration.
