Position: Technical Support Engineer
Experience: 1+Years
Budget: Up to 3.5Lpa
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional and effective technical support to customers via calls and emails.
Understand customer issues thoroughly and resolve them, aiming for on-the-spot solutions whenever possible.
Manage and troubleshoot WordPress, Drupal, or other Content Management Systems (CMS).
Handle server-side infrastructure with strong expertise in Linux servers, Windows Servers and AWS infrastructure
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems with a methodical approach.
Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
Collaborate effectively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic customer requirements and technical landscapes.
