Position :Technical Support Engineer
Work Location : Saudi Arabia
Qualification : BCA /B Tech
Experience : 4+ years of progressive experience in Navision & LS Retail software engineering
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Configure, develop, and deliver MS Dynamics NAV software and components in all functional areas.
Retail domain knowledge
Perform data conversions, debug system problems, and craft resolutions.
Writing SQL queries to pull various reports.
Installation and implementation of service packs and hot fixes as needed
Technical support to business users for application & system support
Coordinate and contribute to end-user training including development of system.
Documentation and training materials and well communicate and working relationships with all stakeholders.
Assist with functional specifications of customizations and integrations required for NAVLS implementations and ZATCA.
Familiarity with core business processes such as accounting, distribution and Retail
Experience with converting data from legacy systems into Dynamics NAV.
Planning for backups and recovery needs
Install and Configuration SQL and other Databases.
Install and Configure Software and Hardware.
Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems
Good knowledge of various operating systems and servers.
Good prioritize, manage, multi-task and execute projects cross-functionally.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good knowledge in Azure platform.
Good Knowledge in Mobile Application and Low-Code No-Code technology are plus.
4+ years of progressive experience in Navision & LS Retail software engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering,

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
