Overview
- Maintain laptop, desktop, printers, switches, wifi setup, routers, networking and other IT equipment.
- Installing and configuring operating systems (Wondows).
- Managing application software.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, updates, and patches.
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues and problems.
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Providing technical support to end-users.
Job Type: Full-time
