IT System Administrator

Qualifications :

• B.E / B.Tech in CSE / B.Sc. Computer Science / BCA.

Requirements :

• System Administration, Network Administration, and Technical Support skills.
• Troubleshooting and Information Technology expertise.
• Experience in managing IT systems and networks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Expertise of internet security and data privacy principles.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Server Management, Active directory, GPO, Operating System Installation Basic software configuration.
• IT Asset Management Printer Installation and Configuration Remote desktop assistance and Permissions.
• Basic level network troubleshooting.
• IP Configuration in desktops, laptops, CCTV, WIFI devices, biometric device Access Card Configuration.
• Create, modify, and delete user accounts and manage user access and permissions.
• Network folder creation, security permissions.
• Outlook configuration.
• System updates and hardware upgradation.
• Licensing, activation, and renewal of E-Mail, Domain, Antivirus, and Operating system.
