Overview

Job Title: IT Support Technician (Fresher/Intern)

Location: NCT of Delhi

Employment Type: Full-time / Internship

Compensation: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a fresher or intern to join our IT Support team. This role involves providing technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing mobile devices, and ensuring smooth IT operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues (hardware, software, and network).
• Support the setup and maintenance of computers, Android mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Provide basic network and internet troubleshooting.
• Assist with software installations, updates, and system configurations.
• Support end-users with IT-related queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements (QRs)

• Education: Graduate or pursuing graduation (B. Tech, BCA, B.Sc. IT, or relevant fields preferred).
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of IT systems, internet, and Android mobile phones.
• Soft Skills: Quick learner with fair communication skills (verbal & written).
• Mindset: Proactive, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3-4 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hauz Khas, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
