IT Support Technician

Overview

• Proven experience in IT support, technical support, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networks.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Experience with common IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with end-users.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
