IT Support Technician

We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support Technician to join our team at Clear Intentions. This role involves providing onsite technical support to our clients, assisting with computer maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, a willingness to learn new technologies, and the ability to travel to various client locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform regular computer maintenance, including hardware and software updates.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

- Provide onsite and online technical support for clients across various locations.

- Install and configure hardware components, operating systems, and applications.

- Conduct system upgrades and ensure devices are functioning optimally.

- Set up and manage network connections and troubleshoot basic networking issues.

- Provide guidance to clients on basic IT practices and preventive measures.

- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate and resolve more complex issues.

- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, issue resolutions, and site visits.

Requirements:

- 1+ year of experience in IT support, computer maintenance, or a similar technical role.

- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to client needs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to travel to client sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with server maintenance, basic networking, and remote troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, or other cloud platforms.

- Basic understanding of firewalls, VPNs, NAS, and other security practices.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
