We're Hiring: IT Support Specialist!
Are you an IT expert with a passion for problem-solving and helping others? Join our team as an IT Support Specialist and help provide seamless tech support for our employees!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain IT systems, perform updates, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Assist with new employee onboarding and training.
- Manage IT equipment, vendor coordination, and security compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to keep the team productive.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Degree in IT or related field. Certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft) are a plus.
- Experience: 7- 9 years in IT support, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, networking, cloud services (Microsoft 365), and troubleshooting. Jira admin skills are a bonus!
What We Offer:
- Work Environment: Office-based with occasional on-site visits.
- Hours: Shift-based with some overtime.
