About the Role:

As a Global IT Support Specialist at Powesonic Electric Solution India Pvt Ltd, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. This position requires expertise in firewall management, network support, server administration, and cloud computing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, implement security measures, and maintain detailed documentation.

Salary: 3 to 4 LPA

Responsibilities:

- Configure, deploy, and maintain firewall solutions.

- Provide technical support for network-related issues.

- Administer and maintain server infrastructure.

- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to manage network resources.

- Create and maintain documentation of network configurations and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Network Support Engineer.

- Proficiency in Fortinet or similar firewall solutions, network protocols, and server administration.

- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Fortinet NSE, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
