Overview
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hardware Support:
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware failures and malfunctions.
Maintain inventory of IT assets, including spare parts and consumables.
2. Software Support:
Install and configure operating systems (Windows/Linux) and hospital-specific applications (HMS, PACS, LIS, etc.).
Provide technical support for hospital management software (HIS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Ensure software updates, patches, and security configurations are implemented regularly.
3. Network & Security Management:
Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, Wi-Fi networks, and VPN connectivity.
Troubleshoot network issues, coordinate with vendors for maintenance.
Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols, including firewalls and antivirus software.
4. User Support & Training:
Assist hospital staff with IT-related issues and resolve technical queries.
Provide training sessions on hospital software usage and IT security best practices.
Set up and manage user accounts, email configurations, and access controls.
5. IT Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure compliance with healthcare IT regulations (HIPAA, NABH, etc.).
Maintain logs of IT incidents, resolutions, and preventive measures

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
