Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to ensure smooth IT operations

Essential Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream of Science
- Graduates in other stream with, IT certification or other technical certification.
- Preference will be given to IT Graduates, CCNA network certified professionals, CCNA certifications or other equivalent certifications.
Skills :
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of network management and security
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience :
- Minimum 2 years in IT support
