Overview
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications, such as CCNA or CCNP.
- Strong knowledge Office 365, Windows Operating systems, Remote support, Network protocols and technologies.
- Experience with network hardware and software configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Skills:
- Microsoft Office365, Office 365 Admin, MS Outlook, Anti-Virus, Network Printer, Domain Server, User Support, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, Active Directory, Wireless Network, Remote Support, Backup Solutions & Level 1 Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with network hardware (routers, switches, and firewalls)
- Familiarity with network monitoring, management & Remote Support tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Positive mind & Enthusiastic will add value to the team
- Should have good hand on experience on Microsoft OS like win 10, 11 and Server editions.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing a network infrastructure based on organizational requirements.
- Installing and configuring network hardware, such as routers, proxy servers, WAN accelerators, Switches, DNS /DHCP and firewalls.
- Monitoring network performance, system availability, and reliability.
- Troubleshooting and resolving network issues, including hardware and software problems.
- Collaborating with other IT professionals to develop and implement network security measures.
- Conducting regular network maintenance, including updating software and hardware.
- Documenting network configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Managing Data Backups as well as Network devices backups.
- Providing network engineering support and training to other team members.
- Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximise network efficiency and security
- Maximising network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
- Arranging scheduled upgrades
- Investigating faults in the network
- Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases
- Reporting network status to key stakeholders
- Handling level 1 & Level 2 support tickets as per company’s SOP.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
