Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
- Provide technical support to students, teachers, and staff
- Manage and maintain school's computer labs, network, and infrastructure
- Ensure network security, backup, and data recovery
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate technology into curriculum
- Manage and update school's website and online platforms
- Ensure compliance with school's IT policies and procedures
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or related role
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- CCtv surveillance, installation and configuration.
- Familiarity with network protocols, routers, and switches
- Experience with database management and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Certification in ITIL, or related field
- Experience with educational technology platforms and tools
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and threat management.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
