Overview

Requirement:

1. Candidate should have excellent English communication skills.

2. Candidate should have basic computer knowledge (Operational Skills)

3. Should be comfortable working Night Shifts.

4. Up-selling service plans/software to US clients through chat or calls

5. Troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving technical issues (MS Office Suite, Windows OS, laptops, desktops, emails, routers, printers, and security cameras).

We are urgently hiring:- Experienced for the US technical support/sales process.

Job Summary: Customer Support Executive. Excellent English Communication Skills

Excellent Customer Handling Skills.

Experience in Technical Sales. Must have worked on Smart speakers, E-Mail calls, Extenders/routers, GPS systems etc.

Night Shift (6 days working). Sun Fixed Off.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: Negotiable. Good Incentive Plans. upto 20k per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,140.59 - ₹47,225.64 per month
