IT Support Officer

Overview

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, printers, CCTV surveillance and network devices.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and data protection measures.
• Ensure network security, firewalls, and antivirus protection.
• Manage user access controls, permissions, and authentication protocols.
• Implement cybersecurity best practices to safeguard company data.
• Support and maintain Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems used in manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues for production, inventory, and supply chain teams.
• Coordinate with vendors and developers for system updates and enhancements.
• Provide technical assistance to employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
• Train staff on IT policies, new systems, and security best practices.
• Maintain an IT helpdesk system for tracking and resolving technical problems.
• Support IT-related projects such as software upgrades, cloud migration, or system integration.
• Ensure IT systems comply with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection laws.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct periodic system audits and risk assessments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
