Overview
Role: IT Support
Level: L0,L1,L2
Offshore support (India) consisting of
L0, L1 & L2 team. Key is to have English, French and Spanish team members (for L0 atleast)
Number of tickets handled today: 450
Expected volume to be handled: 1000
Approx: 800 employees
Supporting hours: 8am - 7pm CET
20% users would require Linux server + windows server.
Field support: All european locations
We are looking to select one partner for both ( offshore and Europe Field support ), best would be to have some field support included in the offshore (fixed MRC) proposal to make it more appealing. E.g. 100hr/year part of total MRC for offshore. ( 25 visits )
