A) Experience . 2-4 years’ experience in Call Centre Technology . Experience in Dialer, Windows Server, VoIP, Firewall, Router, Switch, Windows Systems.
B) Soft Skills . Passion for Work, User Handling, Presence of Mind, Soft Spoken. . Discipline & Punctual . Demonstrates strong inter-personal skills . Good spoken & written English language skills . Should be good in email writing . Fluent Communication.
Key Result Areas- A) Technical.Tech Savy..Good hands-on Call Center Technologies & should have worked with Call Centre Dialers..Good Knowledge about Windows Systems Dialer, VoIP, Firewall, Switch, Router and Computer Networking.
B) Client Service . Ability to understand user problem. . Can Act as a bridge between user and L3 Support Team.
C) Strengthening. Hands on Experience on Cube Dialer will be added advantage.. Good Knowledge about MS Excel and tools. Good in Making Reports and Presentations.
