IT Support Executive

Overview

We are looking for an IT Support Associate to provide technical support and ensure smooth operation of our digital platforms at Chat2Kart and Eatzr. If you have basic IT skills and a problem-solving mindset, apply now!

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve software/hardware issues.
• Assist with system updates, network maintenance, and IT security.
• Support employees with basic IT-related queries.
• Ensure smooth operation of online platforms and applications.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary.

Requirements:

✅ Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting
✅ Understanding of operating systems and software applications
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✅ Proficiency in English (spoken & written)
✅ Prior experience in IT support is preferred but not mandatory
