IT Support Executive

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide software support to customers.

· Identify and connect with potential clients in the IT industry.

· Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups.

· Maintain records of customer interactions and sales reports.

· Coordinate with the technical team for product queries.

· Manage social media and digital marketing activities to promote the product.

Required Skills:

· Basic knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Ability to multitask and work independently.

· Willingness to travel for business meetings if required.
