Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network configurations, and ensuring seamless IT operations. The role requires a strong understanding of network protocols, system administration, and troubleshooting methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize the ipconfig command to check and configure network settings.
• Configure and troubleshoot DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) for automatic IP address assignment.
• Manage and resolve DNS (Domain Name System) issues to ensure proper name resolution.
• Boot systems into Safe Mode for troubleshooting and repair.
• Configure and verify the Default Gateway for proper network routing.
• Support and maintain various Operating Systems (OS), ensuring optimal performance.
• Implement and enforce IT policies using Group Policy in Windows environments.
• Use the Ping Command to diagnose network connectivity issues.
• Manage email storage and synchronization using PST and OST files in Microsoft Outlook.
• Understand and configure the BIOS (Basic Input/Output System) settings to optimize hardware performance.
• Troubleshoot computers that won’t boot, identifying hardware or software-related failures.
• Understand different Network Topologies (e.g., Star, Mesh, Bus) and their implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with networking concepts, system troubleshooting, and IT support.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for documenting issues and assisting end-users.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
