Overview
Responsibilities:
Client Support & Communication
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries.
- Provide solutions via email, phone, and remote support.
Technical Assistance
- Guide clients on software usage and troubleshooting.
- Ensure timely issue resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Use Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, IF condition, formulas) to analyze and validate data.
- Generate custom reports based on client needs.
Documentation & Email Drafting
- Draft professional emails for solutions, updates, and follow-ups.
- Maintain records of client interactions and resolutions.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work with internal teams to escalate complex issues.
- Provide feedback to improve software and client experience.
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in IT support, HRMS, or payroll software is a plus.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client queries efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
