IT Support Executive

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to operating systems, applications, and hardware.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Assist with the setup and configuration of user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades on computers, servers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
• Maintain and manage inventory for all IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, printers, and networking devices.
• Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
• Ensure that IT security policies and procedures are followed.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical support role.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS, and Linux.
• Knowledge of network configurations and troubleshooting methods.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
