L1 Engineer in (Kalyan, Mumbai)
Location: Kamba Kalyan, Mumbai
Salary: ₹24,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled L1 Engineer to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will provide frontline technical support, ensuring timely resolution of user-reported issues while maintaining high service levels.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve technical issues reported via calls, emails, or tickets within the defined SLAs.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams as per the escalation process.
• Notify the CUSTOMER Focal Point of system or equipment failures as per the Procedures Manual.
• Provide system status updates, including major incidents and estimated recovery times.
• Ensure all tickets are transferred to the correct resolver groups.
• Check for outstanding cases and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

Technical Skills & Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with MS Windows 10/11, MS Office 2012/2016, and MS Outlook/O365.
• Familiarity with wintel-based workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, and office automation software.
• Proficient in PC troubleshooting, Windows 10/11 diagnostics, and email service support.
• Good knowledge of networking, internet protocols, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Experience with antivirus utilities, firewall tools, and performance management utilities.

• Quick learner with a flexible and proactive attitude.
• Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills.
