Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations at our Jalandhar office.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
• Provide desktop and remote support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software and network issues.
• Perform routine system and network maintenance.
• Ensure data backups and security protocols are in place.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software purchases and services.
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or desktop engineering.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Additional Information:

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timing: As per office shift
• Salary: Based on experience (Range can be customized)
• PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) may be required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
