IT Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and versatile IT Support Engineer to assist in managing our digital presence, cloud infrastructure and existing applications. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of social media, design tools, front-end technologies and basic server/application management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create basic graphics and edit videos using tools like Photoshop, Canva, or similar
• Support in developing and maintaining front-end content using HTML, CSS and React JS
• Monitor and maintain existing web/mobile applications and support users as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to support IT and development operations
• Assist in website updates and maintenance

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar graphic design tools
• Familiarity with video editing software (any basic editor)
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and React JS
• Basic knowledge of cloud hosting platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT or a related field
